I booked reservation for 20 ft truck weeks ago and confirmed with customer service day before but my reservation was cancelled at 10:15am while I was trying to pick up because they didn’t have the 20ft truck. I had to wait in line for hour to get a bigger 26 ft I didn’t need. And this made my movers wait causing me to pay $100 extra for movers and $50 extra for truck! Jodi said I was not assigned a truck even though my app and Uhaul said I was assigned.

DANIEL KI return the vehicle as I got it.As I only drove it for 43 miles but had to put almost 9 gallons of fuel to make it full, I did post it on the pics that I received at 7/8 tank. Thats like if it doing 4 miles per galon, recommended only because theyclose later than most other uhaul rental places, only because of that.

STACY FCharged a fuel fee. Starting odometer 108003, ending 108031. 28 miles driven. I have a photo of $8 in fuel - 2.5 gallons. And yet I was still charged the fee. This practice will not encourage repeat business. Good day
matt mPlease make sure to check equipment for flaws. I had a very stressful time with equipment that wasn’t working properly.
Carolina OOnly problem was that the moving blanketsI ordered were not in the truck. I had to have my wife wait until they opened to get the blankets we needed, while I had to get the truck to the house because the moving help was coming. The location doesn't look like much, but they can accommodate the 26' truck I picked up.

ALEXANDRIA AI ordered my rental for 8:00am fir mobile pickup and the site was not corporating at all I tried calling support but no one answered until 9am I went to the store and that was not opening until 10. Now remember I had the rental scheduled for 8 I had people waiting for me and the rental. I also asked to rent 2 utility dollies and 2 furniture dollies the was only 1 of each in the rental! When I went to return the rental all I did was argue with the manager in the store! I will never recommend this location to anyone and plan to spread the word unless this is fixed!

Kaden BQuit allowing your franchisees to rip off your customers with the extra this and that fee and quoting one price for mileage and green charging MORE than double upon receipt. They also would t give me any kind of receipt when I’m the vehicle was turned in and now I know why.

There is a building in the back where the trucks are located and one assumes that the office because there isn’t any signs but it is someone’s home. The two people ahead of me went into the wrong place as well The counter lady is rude and dismissive

MICHELLE DNot trying to overcharge someone after they paid in full already also I am owed money because I did not drive 60 miles at all my new place is on 5.9 miles and when I tried to address this issue I was given no help so not only did I get robbed but tried to take more from me just ridiculous p.s the reason for the upcharge not answered I paid for 60 miles and only drove 20 but was charged for 60 and he refused to change it

She first told me to open the check in process on my phone and I insisted I selected the option for the cashier to handle it. She then had me fold my moving blankets and remove the dolly’s from the truck. She even tried ro get me to park the truck in the back lot for her.

WALTER CMaterials rented were not in the truck and the key box was not near the vehicles. The app wouldn’t load the requested photos when trying to sign in. The guy inside was nice.

allen aThe truck needs some transmission work really bad. The place was crowded when we dropped it off some guys were working in the parking lot so we had to wait till then moved to get the truck parked. All in all it wasn’t bad! Just a hard move!!

He told my husband that we would be charged a cleaning fee , my husband let the guy know that we received the truck like that but we still swept the truck out like the guy asked. 2 hours after leaving we received a notification that we were charged a cleaning fee AFTER cleaning the truck out like we were asked.
