Angelita RYou price the rental at 19 and then over charge to get extra money. I will not be using U-Haul ever again. I spent a $100. 00 on a two hour rental . That should have been at least $30.00 . Then I drop the rental back on time at 13:55pm. But when I got the receipt it said it was dropped off at 2:09pm. I was long gone by then . Sorry you will not be giving you business anytime soon.
