RICHARD GPrior to renting from Babcock Automotive, I tried to rent a truck at the U-Haul Eckhert location. The employee at the Eckhert location was very unhelpful assisting us with a reservation of the truck we wanted and did not offer alternatives. I decided to rent from the Babcock Automotive location, and we experienced the best customer service there. I would highly recommend that location and will be using them in the future.
