We got our first flat tire right out of Barsow. We were on a field trip, mind you, and these kids had to sit in the hot sun for someone to bring a tire. While researching, we learned that U-Haul retreads their tires instead of replacing them, so we asked the person to check out the other tire. He said it was fine. Twenty miles down the road again, the other tire blew out. 3 students had to sit on the side of the road in the heat. In addition, the rest of the kids made it to Zion but were unable to set up their tents, nor were the adults able to prepare dinner since everything was still in the U-Haul. This was ridiculous.
