The office was a shade tent. There is no place for a customer to park their car while renting the truck. I was told it was street parking. I looped around the the nearby blocks for 20 minutes looking for a spot. Finally parked in a parking lot of a medical center down the road a ways. When I reserved the truck I also ordered and pre-purchased boxes and tape. They didn't have record of that. I had to show my email receipt to prove that I had already made the purchase.
Randall MFuel was less than a quarter tank and the usb and power outlet did not work. The employee interaction was great. I think his name was Brent
