Possibly this doesn't concern this location specifically, but there were several frustrating things without reservation. First the location changed for the truck to a place much further away, costing us more money to get there back and forth. Second, we ordered a mattress cover which I had to pick up at a different location. And third, we reserved two dolly's to help us with the move which weren't even available! Especially at this location. Last, when we brought the truck back earlier as expected, they said it was going to cost double the amount what was agreed on before renting the truck. This was a very frustrating experience 😤
