It went as smooth as possible
MARTIN AI made a reservation two months prior to my move for a 15 foot truck. The day before the move, U-Haul contacted me and let me know that the 15 foot truck was no longer available in the entire county of San Diego. They offered me a 10 foot truck and indicated that the truck and the trailer that I needed were at two different locations. Not only did they offer me a smaller truck and vehicle. They also made me go to two different locations. Once I arrived to the second location the gentleman who was supposed to help me with loading the vehicle refused to help me indicating that it was a liability. I notified him. I did not need him to physically assist me loading the vehicle onto the trailer as I knew, it was a liability however, words would do just fine. The gentleman proceeded to tell me it was still a liability and he would not help me verbally. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will never go with u-haul again. You lost a customer
