This was a tiny location and it was packed with other trucks. We could not find a place to park it so we had to park it on the street in a very inconvenient place. As we were parking, two other trucks were arriving without knowing what to do or where to leave their trucks. It was very dark and felt somewhat dangerous

Everything was excellent, the only thing that could be better is the lot situation, by the time I returned the trailer the lost was completely full, and it is hard to maneuver on two busier roads to find a place to put it. Other than that, this location has always been top tier.

While the service was great, (shout out to those working here, actually trying to help out), I ultimately ended up paying nearly $1000 for the opportunity for me to do all the work. This entire business is a scam. I intend to never use this service again.

I made my reservation online the day prior and upon arrival everything was super easy. We were there early in the morning. They had the equipment ready we were able to get in and out within maybe 10 minutes. Super quick service will be recommending 10 out of 10.

We did a one way uhual. From where we picked it up, we were told we can be refunded for the 2 day fee if we returned the uhual early. We only needed it for 4 hours. Once we got to the uhual place to drop it off they told us there is no credit we paid for it and there will be no refund. The person didn’t let us park anywhere close and wouldn’t elaborate further just told us to take it up with corporate and even then it will be a waste of time. VERY disappointed.

I got charged 50 dollars fee, the arrow was right under the 1/4 of the tank and I brought it back same, I even stopped twice to put gas to have it right and now I got home they charge me 50 dollars, it is bad business.

There was only one guy at the counter and a huge line and one guy pulling trucks around. I don't blame the workers but it was clearly well understaffed. It was also kind of like in a shed instead of an office

The uhaul was so dirty i had to go to the gas station to clean the windshield and it was still dirty. It was dirty on the inside too. It was not stable at all. We put gas and it would leak out which is unsafe.

When I went to showed up pick up the trailer, the girl behind the counter was nice enough and walked me outside and explained how to back up my car to the trailer. She then went inside and there was some other guy who was kind of rude and seemed put off that he had to answer questions. I got a text to take photos of the front, back, and both sides -which I did, but not once did they open the inside. Once the rude guy hooked up the trailer, he asked if I took pictures of the front/back, & sides, I said yes and showed him- he then walked away and said I was done. The trailer looked awful small and I considered getting a bigger size- even spoke to the girl inside about this- so I opened the back up myself. The floor was dirty but wasn’t anything wet, and looked stained w something black. I assumed because of metal material, it wasn’t something that would come up and that was just a part of renting a uhaul. As it would turn out, I couldn’t figure out how to get the door shut, so I had to go back inside and get help from the girl at the counter. It took a good 5 min to even find her- it was super quiet w no one around. She finally said she’d be right out and showed me how to shut the door. She also didn’t say anything about the staining of the trailer floor. Now fast forward a few days… I go to drop it off and the guy was super unprofessional. Yelled at me to U-turn and park in a spot, I get out and he opens up the trailer and says something about the floor stains. I told him that’s how I picked it up; told him about the photos I sent- he didn’t care and told me I was getting charged a cleaning fee! He charged me &120 for dirt that I did not create. This sounds like a racket. I will give you guys one chance to fix this and refund me. If it doesn’t happen, I’m contacting Chase and reporting fraud.

Customer service was awful. The person who got the trucks was running around like crazy and I felt bad for him because the person at the desk didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Was supposed to be a locker key pickup and it took about 25 minutes of standing in line just to get the key.

The truck interior was generally clean but a thorough washing of the front windshield would've been an improvement and made the pick up experience "excellent".

Invest more into the repair and maintenance of the vehicles and equipment. The 10ft truck I rented had a faulty battery terminal cable, leaving me stranded. I thought the battery died until the roadside assistance person arrived and located the battery cable which had been previously stripped and then glued back on to the battery. He literally held it back on with his hand while I started the truck since I was “required to return the equipment”. I guess that means even if they gave it to you knowing it had faulty parts. If the equipment would’ve been repaired or replaced properly in the first place, like it should have been, this wouldn’t have happened.

Upon arrival there was no one besides another customer in the office. After a minute or two the employee came in from the back and asked “pickup or drop off?” I told him the other customer was here first, but we were dropping off. He requested the key and asked if we filled the gas tank. I told him we did and he said we could leave. I was over an hour early for my 3pm 5/29/2026 drop off time. The next day i received a receipt in the email with a $43 charge for using the truck an extra day and the drop off time was listed as 10:29am 5/30. I called the garage immediately and no one answered.

The built in auto ramps did not work correctly to safely load and unload my 1979 cj5 jeep. None of the ramps worked to have my tires have enough surface on the ramps. I had to figure an alternative way to drive the jeep on to the trailer. When I arrived at my destination I called to ask if the had portable ramps and they did not, and the only advice given was to get it off the same way I got it on.

I was told I could drop the trailer at 8PM like I scheduled. The employee said it can throw your back out so if I wanted to wait until 9AM monday to return it, I wouldn't be charged.... I decided to return it at 8PM like I scheduled... but when I pulled up to drop the trailer there was nowhere to drop it.... the entire driveway was blocked by several trucks, and I contemplated dropping it a block up, but feared unhooking it on the hill would lead to it rolling back into the other parked cars, so I had to drive back home and park a few blocks away where I could find a big enough spot to fit.... then had to cancel my morning meeting to accomodate getting the trailer back.... had he just told me it would have to be returned the next day - that would have been fine and I could have moved my schedule around - but to say I could drop it if I wanted, and then obviously have nowhere to drop it after they closed and moved all the trucks to completely block every inch of the property was extremely frustrating as it wasted an hour+ of my day after moving all day...

Excellent experience with U-Haul! The truck was clean, easy to drive, and ready on time. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. Great prices and great customer service. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone moving or needing a truck!
