GERMAN MMy reservation was cancelled and changed 3 different times. Very disappointing and inconvenient. Truck had obviously not been cleaned in between uses and location was very confusing for pickup.
Danielle SI don’t know the name of the guy who checked me in but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. He asked me every question in person that I had already filled out on-line. He then asked me for a next of kin name and number for “in case of emergency” reasons. It took nearly 20 minutes for a form I had already filled out and paid for a week before! If it wasn’t for a second guy coming in the room and checking my reservation, it would have taken a lot longer i’m sure. Matt
