You guys suck. Changing my location last minute from the location a half mile from my moving location to Treasure Island at the last minute was something I really hated. Especially as this location is not technically open at 7am for my pickup. But I called ahead and got assurances I just needed to upload my ID in the U-Haul app to pick up anytime. WRONG! Even with my passport physically on me I could not complete any of the other three valid options at 7am. You guys basically ruined my day,, and it cost me $350 to bend to your will ($40 to Uber out there, the rest in extending the movers to account for your nonsense)

CHRISTOPHER CThey were under staffed when it came to the equipment and the first employee at the counter was a total disgrace to customer service!!! She literally was staring at a blank screen for a good 8 minutes before another employee noticed me getting annoyed, and had me came to her counter which props to her for being attentive to the customers! The equipment was not maintained and resulted me having to cancel and come back tbe next day and even then ended up going to another location because of lack of working trailers. Keep up the extra steps to provide the best service....finding me a location that had what i needed and was open... Props to the treasure island location!! Absolutely amazing experience and would definitely recommend them
