They were under staffed when it came to the equipment and the first employee at the counter was a total disgrace to customer service!!! She literally was staring at a blank screen for a good 8 minutes before another employee noticed me getting annoyed, and had me came to her counter which props to her for being attentive to the customers! The equipment was not maintained and resulted me having to cancel and come back tbe next day and even then ended up going to another location because of lack of working trailers. Keep up the extra steps to provide the best service....finding me a location that had what i needed and was open... Props to the treasure island location!! Absolutely amazing experience and would definitely recommend them

I wasn't sure my air conditioner was functioning, but it might have been my unfamiliarity with it. In any case, it wasn't too hot during my rental period.
