This is the third time that U-Haul has rented me a trailer with something significant and safety-related broken on it. Starting to get concerned that this is a broader problem.

Craig TGreat customer service by Mr Neftali. Thanks so much.
Wayne XThe specifications listed in sizing of the 6'x12' trailer with loading ramp, do not accurately list that the loading ramp is only 4'11 wide. And that the entrance to the trailer (via loading ramp) will not allow a unit to enter up to the 6' width. My trailer rental was useless and I had to rent a separate toy hauler in order to move my item. Service at T.I. U-Haul location was great, but the description of unit was inaccurate. Wasted my money and time
