The specifications listed in sizing of the 6'x12' trailer with loading ramp, do not accurately list that the loading ramp is only 4'11 wide. And that the entrance to the trailer (via loading ramp) will not allow a unit to enter up to the 6' width. My trailer rental was useless and I had to rent a separate toy hauler in order to move my item. Service at T.I. U-Haul location was great, but the description of unit was inaccurate. Wasted my money and time

MICHAEL BYou guys suck. Changing my location last minute from the location a half mile from my moving location to Treasure Island at the last minute was something I really hated. Especially as this location is not technically open at 7am for my pickup. But I called ahead and got assurances I just needed to upload my ID in the U-Haul app to pick up anytime. WRONG! Even with my passport physically on me I could not complete any of the other three valid options at 7am. You guys basically ruined my day,, and it cost me $350 to bend to your will ($40 to Uber out there, the rest in extending the movers to account for your nonsense)
