Agent was very helpful. Little problem with location services on the app and my phone but eventually got it to work. That is a slight issue though.

Got there at quitting time so just told to park truck, drop off keys, take pictures- met outside by personnel.

Harold FThe Alhambra location does not have large moving trucks so I had to use this location which added more miles to my drive. There is no option for a printed invoice, everything is electronic. The truck was not inspected before I left, so I was told to wait for an invoice. I would prefer to settle my account at the end of the service.
Sylvia SI have needed to use U-Haul trucks/services twice in the last year or so, and both instances I have come to San Gabriel Self Storage. Staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The location is always clean and there is ample parking. Moving days can be hectic and full of unplanned changes/circumstances, but SG Self Storage always makes securing a truck or supplies as easy as possible. Would recommend.
