To start, it would have been nice to know the pickup process was going to be lengthy. Upon pick up, I noticed there was dried mud on the steps and floor of the vehicle and the windshield was filthy. The truck itself struggled on the road even when empty and the suspension was awful. Thankfully I only had to drive it a couple miles back and forth, but I’d feel bad for anyone having to drive it long distance. The cargo area was nice and clean. It appears that someone had backed into a tree branch previously as there’s a large dent and pine needles still sticking out of the dent.

Eric WOur reservation was not honored. We reserved a truck in Arroyo grande and had to pick it up in San Luis Obispo last minute. We reserved 12 furniture blankets and they only had 4 to give us along with two old mattress pads. The truck sounded like it was going to break down. Was pretty disappointed with everything. Drip off in Davis was great
