Was given two different addresses. One from Uhauls website and one from an automated text message. Had to call and clarify the correct address. Then when arriving at the correct place the representative there didn’t have access to my reservation and then I had to call Uhaul again and sit on a 30+ hold in order to get a representative to force the guy at the correct location to get me the keys after filling out another contract. Then the requested equipment for my reservation was not available (furniture dolly). The actual Uhaul itself served my needs. But upon returning my vehicle with more gas in it than I received upon picking my reservation the representative charged me for 8 gallons of gas at an outrageous $58. Not happy. Do better. I’ll be sure to share my experience with anyone who considers Uhaul in the future.
