I've always liked the U-Haul experience, especially at this location, but your app is just terrible. It's always been terrible. I'm grateful I was actually able to get it to take photos this time, but it's still plagued by issues with broken links and general issues with logging in and the 2FA methods. Anyhow, it's not going to stop me from renting, but it's more difficult when I know I have to pick up or drop off when the location is closed, because I'm worried the app will fail and I'll be stuck on the phone with a rep when I should be using the truck. Thanks U-Haul!

Jorge TUpdate your operating system. It’s inexcusable for a program to take hours to buffer a digital contract and then fail because there’s too many people using the system. It took the employee 3 hours to get the contract to load so I could sign it to rent an auto trailer I paid for a week prior. And to have no paper copy back up that can be signed. You’re a moving and transport company. People expect to use your services on a punctual schedule. Embarrassing on your company’s end.
