The wait time to rent was far too long. The truck was dirty inside as well the windows. Could not adjust the mirrors.

I waited over 45 minutes due to Brake Stop only had one Uhaul representative and he was on lunch. I ordered my trailer online and there should have been a warning that no one would able to service me until later in the day.

I arrived on time, but your employee was late. It was 30 minutes from the time I arrived until I obtained the truck, and I was the only customer. When I got home, I discovered that the moving blankets I reserved were not in the truck. I called, and was told that they would update my record to indicate no blankets received. The employee at the drop-off location telephoned because no blankets were returned with the truck. I explained what happened, and she was very negative. I gave her the phone number of the location where I had picked up the truck, and she told me flatly that I would have to call them and get them to call her. She was accusatory, saying if the blankets weren't returned, I would continue to be charged for the rental. This woman has no customer service skills. I called the agent from whom I rented the truck, explained the situation, and asked him to call her. He called me back to let me know it was taken care of. When I called the drop-off location to confirm, she was terse and borderline hostile. I should warn potential customers not to do business with the drop-off location unless they were prepared for hostility and unprofessionalism. The truck was great, but the personnel fell far short of my expectations.

We rented over the weekend and were told we had to download an app in order to return when the shop is closed. Otherwise we would be charged additional days. When my husband did the return he had all sorts of issues getting the app installed. After two different calls to tech support he finally learned that this location doesn’t even have the app return available. That is an hour and a half we won’t get back.

They made sure I had a newer truck to drive since it was such a big trip, which is appreciated, so I really shouldnt complain. There was some confusion when it came to billing which I'm still uncomfortable with despite their being considerate and doing their best to explain an additional charge, but since the original transaction receipt was provided via a link in an email, when I went back to it for sake of argument it had been removed, leaving me at a page asking only if I want to create a U-Haul account. The service quality here may vary depending on the rep you work with, but compared to other U-Haul providers in the area, these guys were the best.

While someone unhooked the trailer, I got notifications that showed it hadn’t been checked in. 2 days later, it still hadn’t been checked in.

Reservation was for 8:00 am, but there was not a U-haul rep at the location until 8:11. Three customers waiting. The trailer I had reserved was not available because of a broken harness, but I received a conformation the night before. They did make it right by providing an alternative, but pretty frustrating.

The pick up was great service. The exterior of the vehicle was really dirty. Drop off was strange, drop your key and leave. Final statement was accurate and received by email a few hours later.

The customer service at this location is absolutely wonderful. The young man helping us was very professional & had very helping/customer service attitude. He’s doing a fantastic job & deserve to know we appreciated all his help & hard work.
