Terrible parking had less than 20 ft before hitting a building, truck was parked extremely close to two cars barely can pull it out. Took an hour to pull I’ll out of driveway. Then when returned there was no parking to return so had to wait 30 min to get ahold of someone to see where best place to park it was mind you this is the biggest U-Haul available so not an easy maneuver.

Jeff HWas able to have e- alert lifted and adjust applications of equipment to my personal needs by staying in contact with uhaul company representative and person on site at rental yards.
Jeff HShowed up at 8am as reserved, due to repeated computer issues one of which I was charged twice, i wasn't able to leave with the truck until 8:45am.
Ron BPersonal to assist wasn’t friendly, trailer didn’t have all its components. Trailer wasn’t comely clean inside. Lights weren’t checked after the guy installed on my truck. Took pictures and waved my off. I was told I couldn’t drop off after hours that I had to do it in the morning. The is location per uhaul customer service is a 24hr Dropoff location.
