Personal to assist wasn’t friendly, trailer didn’t have all its components. Trailer wasn’t comely clean inside. Lights weren’t checked after the guy installed on my truck. Took pictures and waved my off. I was told I couldn’t drop off after hours that I had to do it in the morning. The is location per uhaul customer service is a 24hr Dropoff location.
