This was the fastest drop off I have ever had, friendly and fast! Nice people as well!
LAWRENCE BAC worked sometime and it was hot today. What gets me is if you pay a daily rate why do they pressure you on how many hours you’ll have it do I felt like I had to say something so I said 5 hours and I was at about 5 1/2 hrs. While I was unloading I get an alert saying you charged me another 45! He said I was late he charged me another day. Weird , I thought it was 19.95 a day. But he was nice and took it off . I didn’t need the stress.
MARTY DQuick check in besides the payment issues they were having but that didn’t have anything to do with this location. Very friendly and truck was ready to go.
Michael MWindshield was dirty and it had light debris inside of the floorboards of the truck. But considering the original location where I was supposed to pick up the truck the truck was not there and I was asked if I could wait for an extra hour which I could not so that employee ed up sending me over to the San Marcos location where the truck was already there it would be really nice touch if you could send out a truck with a fully clean windshield that I don't think that's asking very much and especially from the inside since it was clearly streaked.
