Schedule mobile check in for 8:30 was told the manager will be there in 15-20 mins then @855 I was handed the keys. Super unfortunate for me and my team when we promised our customer we would be there @9. Don’t want to happened again to me and or someone else. Please address.

I cannot think of any suggestions for improvement as everything went great at this location. George was very polite and helpful and even hooked the trailer up to my truck for me. Upon return, they unhooked the trailer from my truck as well. I highly recommend this location if you need a uhaul.
