Very pleasurable experience
Louis GI've always liked the U-Haul experience, especially at this location, but your app is just terrible. It's always been terrible. I'm grateful I was actually able to get it to take photos this time, but it's still plagued by issues with broken links and general issues with logging in and the 2FA methods. Anyhow, it's not going to stop me from renting, but it's more difficult when I know I have to pick up or drop off when the location is closed, because I'm worried the app will fail and I'll be stuck on the phone with a rep when I should be using the truck. Thanks U-Haul!
