I'm being charged for an extra day cuz manager is a spaz .... She deleted a bunch of my text when she assisted me with my phone and 3 times I asked her to quit pecking on my phone like a chicken. And I left having to fight with you directly to get the proper charges according to the general manager. And any refund. You charge me for my estimated mileage but I used significantly less and now you have my money locked up and I have no earthly idea when I will receive the difference put back in my account. Because this is the closest U-Haul facility I'm forced to have to rent here again next week to finish my move. GIVE ME MY DARN MONEY BACK that you owe me. Stop making the customers take a picture of their I.D. and upload it themselves to a link that doesn't seem to work when we are literally sitting across from the employee who can just scan and make a copy of our I.D. in less than 5 seconds. It is a ridiculously stupid processJessy J.
The order originally was for a 15' truck. My mover changed the time and we were assigned a 26' truck. It was clean but wouldn't start. There was no one at facility so we called Uhaul who turned us over to roadside assistance. No one could get truck started. We tried a 15' truck and it worked. U haul gave us extra time as the reservation was screwed up.Richard B.
There was no one there after two attemps to deliver there we went to a place on RT 17 . Although the ower there was not able to take the equipment since he just purchased the location and was not yet set up . He did contact uhaul district manager(this is above and beyond great customer service)the manager advised us to return to disignated drop off location . So we did .I took a ton of pictures since there was no internet/gps there to do on line return. Left the trailer there . 4 days later the location called to see where the trailer was. i said it was out in front next to other trailer she said oh she did not verify the trailer number in the yard before she called.so she looked at trailer and confirmed I returned the trailer. I will never go back there. I will do business with the new location on 17 next trip.christ S.
