I was charged for an extra day even though the truck was returned in 2 days, but charged for 3 days ...I spoke to customer service and was informed that I would receive a call from the San Ramon UHaul center, and I never received any call. They also charged me for gas, despite my filling up and leaving the receipt in the truck. The guy at the counter was unprofessional and did not tell me the fuel level, and asked me to drop the key in the pouch . Not happy with this location and will never go back.

NADIM FHave a representative be there when the store says it’s supposed to open. It also shouldn’t take me 5 minutes to find an employee when attempting to return the truck. The customer experience was abysmal.
