$30 Safe Move insurance was added to the contract without my approval. I have made it clear to the operator before he pulled out the van that " I do not need any insurance".

The location is good with limited office hours so the pickup and return must be done using the app. When I try to take the required pictures during pickup, none get uploaded and it keeps telling me that I must upload pictures. Even when I say skip picture, it still tells me I must upload at least one picture.
RICHARD BAdvise customers that they will receive a text message asking them to take a photo of the rental vehicle before leaving the pickup location. I received such a text but did not notice it until it was too late.

Jay KThe worst U-Haul experience I ever had. I drove 9 miles on my U-Haul truck and even had all the proofs. But I got charged for 23 miles? I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again. Worst experience ever!!!
