Very friendly staff and helpful as well. I will definitely use this rental company when the need arises.

everything was absolutely perfect. I would only make one suggestion. it would be nice if there was a porch light turned on or motion sensor, so people who return their trucks after office is closed can see the stairs in the dark and easily find the slot to drop off the key.

I rented a truck with a dolly. I got the truck, when I got home I open it up and there was no dolly. I had to drive back and get the dolly. So I was charged mileage to drive back and get the dolly, this is after I called customer service and they said I would get credit for the mileage and the dolly would be free.

The lady working was super sweet. I think her name was Theresa?!? Wish I remembered. But very nice gal.

great job, keep up the good work!

The truck ran great but the gas mileage was not so good. Maybe look into something that would help get the mpg up.

Juan provided me with a van that had been used previously at the burning man event. It was full of smoke and ash throughout!!! I have pictures to prove ask accumulation throughout! I was on a tight time frame with my daughter and 1 year old grandchild, so met my time obligation and it was too late to return vehicle as the location was closed. Upon my return of vehicle Juan was cold and enticed controversial commentary, I was told never to return to his location. Will be contacting headquarters about Juan’s extremely poor customer service and rude and enticing behavior. Jans comment that really addresses his behavior is as follows. “ Juan why did you not provide me with the clean van that was available”. Juan’s comment is “ you didn’t return the current vehicle and complain”. Uhaul should be embarrassed by such poor customer service.

Truck was dirty - cabin, steering wheel and widows. Delivered “half” full - required some guessing and difficulty to return “half” full. No explanation or operating guidance given - experienced difficulties and lost time in finding the break release; should be better labeled!

The only issue I had was that I was pulled over by a police officer because he informed me that the brake light was not working. I informed the officer that I did not own the u-haul and he did not give me a ticket. But other then that, I had a Excellent experience.

I put more than enough gas to cover my trip but got charged extra anyway. Very sneaky on your part.

got confused because the street sign is very small and the address is actually Public Storage. spent some time to find the right office.

I rented from San Ramon, and upon checking in, the line was slow. Took about 15mins to be helped. When I was all checked in, going to the van and noticed the gas meter was lower than what the paperwork shows. Went back to the staff and she manually marked and signed the paper to reflect the gas meter. Upon returning, a gentleman checked me in and signed off on the gas... a few days later I noticed a charge of $26 dollars for gas. This was an oversight on uhaul and they did not update the gas in the system and I had to jump through hoops and returned to the office to get a refund.

Made reservation online. It was cancelled twice by a regional U-Haul rep saying no trucks available. Cancelling messed up my plans and commitment by others to help me move. Final rental location added 40 miles to reservation but no credit provided.

The hours of operation was interesting , closed on Wed. and shorter hours on Tuesdays. Over all good service and Brandi was very helpful

Have additional staff ready to assist customers. Only one person working and helping customers with rentals. This was my first time renting a trailer and I would have liked assistance on how to hook it up to my vehicle. Thankfully I watched the online videos.

Truck was dirty, however the guys was super nice. When I called the location to help out with auto transport they never called back to confirm that they can help us.

It's fine. I did a mobile return. I liked that there was an after hours drop off and that I could take photos confirming the state of our truck.

Would have been helpful to have clean windows and mirrors.

Improve street side signage--we missed the driveway the first time. Other than that, it was a great experience. Thank you.

The office was always “closed” only 1 person working there. Constantly on lunch
