I think everything is great, location, customer service very happy with this location.
Rudy PI rented a truck, and at the first stop I couldn't start it, so I called customer support, and the road service arrived and couldn't start it either. As a result, a tow truck took the truck away, and I had to call a taxi. It wastes my money and time to go to another U-Houl office in another city, and then rent a truck there again. I lost a ton of time and money.
