The worst U-Haul experience I ever had. I drove 9 miles on my U-Haul truck and even had all the proofs. But I got charged for 23 miles? I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again. Worst experience ever!!!

chris CThe pick up and drop off was a mess. The area doesn't have great phone reception and everything had to be done on the phone. The drop off was a bigger mess because there is a temple that was having a service and there was no place to park the uhaul. We had to wait around for 2 hours to finally get a spot big enough for the truck.
