I reached out about this already. The truck I reserved wasn’t available, it took 45 minutes for me to get access to a different truck but my 4 hour rental still began at the reserved time (which I was on time for) resulting in my not being able to finish my move. I was charged for a dolly but there was no dolly. The truck gas tank was on empty but the app told me it had to be returned at 1/4 tank, despite my photo evidence. The truck was in very poor shape, would not go above 30 mph, and much bigger than what I reserved which made me incredibly uncomfortable driving.

KIMBERLEIGH IDriver side mirror would not stay in place making it unusable. This posed a MAJOR safety concern as I was driving a 20' truck and couldn't see vehicles next to me the entire trip. Also, I picked up the truck with 1/8 tank of gas, forcing me to start my rental period and day with getting gas before anything else. Gas should be full at time of pickup.

HAMZABIN HI have rented from this location before and the service is excellent. But this time, the truck I got was not clean and I didnt notice when I took it. The front glass was completely filled with bird poop. The AC was only working when you keep the knob on max slot. The driver mirror was completely loose and that was dangerous. I could. not tighten it and it wont stay still. Sorry for this feedback
