I rented a truck, and at the first stop I couldn't start it, so I called customer support, and the road service arrived and couldn't start it either. As a result, a tow truck took the truck away, and I had to call a taxi. It wastes my money and time to go to another U-Houl office in another city, and then rent a truck there again. I lost a ton of time and money.

Renee BThe pick up experience was a bit troubling. Would have been nice to deal with a person not try to deal with everything through an ap. I checked the truck out a 3 in the afternoon not at some goofy hour. Turning the truck back in went great. Also would have been nice to have a truck with wiper washer fluid, plus the windshield could have been cleaned a lot better. Overall not a bad experience.
