Shannon BThey didn’t contact me to let me know that they weren’t going to be open & that I’d have to rent it via a phone call; delayed me 30 minutes on a tight schedule. The check-in & check-out process wasn’t quick. The parking lot was too tight & felt like they wanted you to hit the other trucks.
