I paid for moving blankets but they were out of blankets when I arrived to pick up. They wanted me to go across town to get blankets at a different location, but that did not work out so I paid for blankets I did not receive. Please next time remove the charge if you do not have the item.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery difficult to figure out where to park. Has to be parked on the street which is a challenge in Santa Barbara.
Matthew CThe drop off process was frustrating and confusing. The information stated we could drop off the truck at any time but because we dropped it off after hours, there was nowhere close to park the truck. Luckily we were able to contact an employee from the business and he was able to provide us with assistance. Definitely not a smooth process though!
Shelby DIt’s a tow yard with no obvious UHaul signage, and the trucks are parked on the street. I guess that’s fine but made for a bit awkward to get the truck and then have to double park to load my supplies. People were friendly and very capable. I got my truck quickly and it was in great shape and clean.
William VWas scammed. Hard to park and find. Hours are inconvenient. Charged for gas at an astronomical price. Would have just filled it myself. Was charged for mileage when I had asked how many miles I had and I knew it wasn’t enough. Was told “we usually give extra”
