The gentleman that helped me on the day I picked up the truck was great. But the person (black guy , heavy sett) who received the key when I returned the truck had no personality but only said “check your email”. ; (

William UI turned in the trailer two days earlier and they charged me $20 because I turned it after hours. This company tries to nickel and dime you . I would never recommend or used this company again.
