JAMES KDon't charge for fuel at fractions of a tank. it is impossible to estimate the fuel gauge amount. Either give the customer the vehicle with a full tank or grant leeway on the fuel used. I stopped to put fuel in the tank before returning and I was still charged an exorbitant rate for a fraction of a tank to make it exact on the gauge. This is a fraudulent practice!
