Show in app instructions to drop keys in cup holder or something inside the truck and confirm on screen. I was about to take them with me and later returned to return the keys.

They didn't secure the light cords and they broke off during our out of state travel, putting my kids husband and self in danger. They could've made sure the cords were secure knowing we were traveling so far.

Well when I came in it was really fast, the guy didn’t tell me what was needed to return truck, he just said if u go past 5pm it’s no problem cause it’s slow now, he said nothing about having to check out online. I had to figure it out. I created an account and there was a glitch that wouldn’t let me go further so I called the number and had to wait 25-30 minutes for someone to answer after sitting there 30 minutes already & being burnt from moving. I was ready to pass out from exhaustion. The dispatch helped me get through it and it hit another glitch, she told me to back one time and that took me to the beginning so I had to do the whole thing over and she said those needed to be returned, I was never told that, so I left 3 blankets at home still wrapped around my glass item, this really pissed me off cause he could have told me to return them all. He also told me as long as there’s no damage I didn’t have to clean vehicle “not true”. Overall terrible experience hard to believe u-haul was like this.

The people at the location were great (despite the fact that they were set up in the parking lot because of some issue with the city and their permit), they were very helpful and responsive. the online booking system didn't work very well, as my requested 1pm pick up time was in the system as 5:30, but they managed to get me a vehicle anyway.

I waited in line for approximately an hour to pick up my truck but my drop off time the next day was not changed to reflect this.

The uhaul stuff told me that my reservation was cancelled, which I didn't. This makes me sad at the beginning. Later they managed to find me a truck but I need to return within 2.5 hours.

Very nice location. But... I selected this location, opposite of where I live and past several other locations, because it had the the 9' ft van that I wanted. If I wanted the 10' cargo truck then I would have rented from the closest location. I do not consider it an upgrade; I didn't need the extra room, ride is uncomfortable for my size, uses more gas, etc. It would be nice had they notified me that they did not have what I had reserved.

After submitting online application, I had to follow the same process at the pick up location. Then why do we need online application ? Also, process for after hours drop off is not clear. I followed all the process as said and still I was charged $20

The Uhaul employees that helped us were excellent. I've used Uhaul many times over the years and usually the employees are terrible and the customer service is poor. These guys were actually amazingly helpful even though the poor guys were stuck working from a pop up tent in the parking lot on a really hot day.
