A cleaning bill was assessed to my bill without any notification at all - not an email, a text, or a phone call. I did take the van to the car wash as well as wipe down the interior and would've appreciated the opportunity to clean it again if that was not sufficient. I see in the T&Cs that I agreed to pay a cleaning bill as it is determined by uHaul, but I don't think $150 is fair nor reasonable. Please contact me with an explanation.

Customer service is good but truck's side mirrors doesn't stay in place. Not a good idea if driver won't have anybody with him cause adjusting the side mirrors manually every few miles will be impossible. Not so safe to drive. Hopefully they'll check the trucks if it's safe to be driven before they rent them out. So very much disappointed.

Associate do not inform customer about a charge on the credit card before leasing the vehicle .... I was not informed about the deposit deducted from my credit card before the vehicle was picked up I paid with another credit card and I will still charge a previous credit card

When a customer is renting a truck, it tends to take a while going through all the paperwork; meanwhile, the line for folks just buying supplies gets long. Consider a floater cashier with a scan gun -- or a self-checkout line for people buying just supplies.

Unpleasant and unprofessional front desk staff. Keep talking to her coworkers non-sense while providing service. I feel like the service has been done more online. If I don’t have to pick up the trailer there, I would not go in there.

I was charged for gas which I should not have been. I returned the truck's gas tank exactly where I was given it. Please refund this amount or I will dispute with my cc.

I only had one issue, that I called about and this was that the pint at the roll up door floor had not cured enough and the door gasket stuck to it, ant over 100 pounds of pulling force was needed by two guys to open the door. I showed this to the guy when I dropped it off.

The woman that helped me at the desk was not very friendly or accommodating. I was asking about a $100 charge that would eventually be reimbursed (I didn’t know that at the time) and she cut me off and just told me to sign. I didn’t seem to be a priority to her as she was interested in stopping our interaction to talk to coworkers (3 times). She was unprofessional and it was not a pleasant experience.

Your check-in and check-out process is extremely slow and pretty stone-aged! This causes long delays at the counters and long lines before you talk to anyone. There is a severe lack of qualified personnel in this location. The counter people spend more time chatting with each other than dealing with the customers. Then they take forever to drag their lazy asses to hook up your trailer or unhook them. Overall experience was disasterous!
