I don’t know why they charged me $25 for cleaning. The car was not clean, and I reported at the pick up location. Also, they charged me $20 for checking in fee, but your web side was’t working, so I couldn’t check The equipment and up load the pictures. So I think your office needs to reimburse me $45.



The lady helped me when returning the pickup is rude. She made mistake on charges and charge 2 days charges instead of 1. I can tell she is very unhappy to correct it.

The following comments are not a review of the pick up or drop off locations. This is a review of U-Haul customer service. When you go to a circus the clowns are funny. Dealing with the clowns who answer the phones at U-Haul is not funny. What was essentially a simple one way rental turned out to be a traumatizing event. Hopefully I will never use U-Haul again, but never is a long time. Perhaps I will one day have the misfortune to try again. In the meantime my advise would be to try avoid them at all costs.

The truck ordered was not on site and the people at the location don’t care. I will be using other rental services if need be in the future. I was not the only I having shit service. 2 other customers also had the wrong vehicle on there reservation in your system but confirmation showed the correct info. Do not try to contact me or my wife as we are only going to give a shit review.

Understaffed - Pickup took an hour for a reserved tow dolly. When I dropped the trailer off, I asked multiple times what I need to do in order to make sure it’s actually processed, and was told multiple times that I’m good and just to leave. I never get a receipt, but I then get phone calls the following day asking when I’m going to return the trailer since it’s past due. After telling them I dropped it the previous day, they miraculously find it in the yard and I finally get my email receipt I was promised the day before.

The face-to-face service that I received was excellent! The reps that I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The truck was clean and well maintained. However, I do have to mention that the dolly and furniture pads that I ordered with my truck were not included in the back when I came to pick it up. This was difficult for me as I had to pick up the truck before the office opened and did not have access to a rep that could help me.
