Understaffed. If you went to the office, there would sometimes be a line of people with just one staff member working at the counter, especially since some types of inquiries like renting a truck usually take a lot longer. Staff was very friendly but their manager is not hiring enough people. One of the elevators was broken for more than a month, and it was the closest one to my unit. No stairs to the second floor in the entire facility. Some of the bathrooms have something wrong with them. Literally one of the bathrooms in the office had a hand dryer that never turned on. Almost every time I went there, an extremely loud alarm went off perhaps from someone not entering their code. It also felt the alarm was pretty pointless for protection at some point because it rang all the time and no staff ever checked up on it. The final straw was the $10 monthly price increase. We all know it’s not to improve the facilities which again were not well maintained. It’s always to get more money while keeping staff count low and facilities at a barely passable level.

JENNIFER J | Overall ExperienceI'm able to book online and checkin online which I thought was very convenient. However, by the time I got to the storage unit, it was locked and being used by someone. Had to call support which was responsive and had to endure the long wait lines to switch to new unit. Instructions on the app were simplistic and not helpful because the new unit was not like what the instructions said where there's a seal to break and use. My newly assigned unit was empty, unlocked but no seal whatsoever. Confusing. Then I figured I don't need it I used the move-out option in the app and it only allows a single photo upload. I used it anyway thinking it's allowed and should be okay. But a day later the app still showing an active unit under my orders. I called in and was told I had to checkout the unit in-person and show them the checkout photos. The whole experience is a complete waste of time TBH. If online checkout is not allowed, then that option shouldn't be available in the 1st place. Or at least instructions otherwise. I hope they improve this and it'd be much better. Best

Christina A | First ImpressionsVery bad rental experience. Website allows full booking and online checkin which was very welcoming but by the time I got to my unit it has a lock on it. They let me booked a unit being used by someone else! Back to the long lines and 30-40min later to get reassigned new unit. Worse is it on a split level I, no ramps to push heavy items on the 5-6 step stairs which is a deal breaker. Had to check out the next day and not needed it for such troubles.
