The people running the desk at the 2121 laurelwood road location in Santa Clara, were so nice and helpful.
Ayodele T | Online Move InThe manager Ashlee was absolutely amazing with every single transaction and interaction. Hands down she’s running the show there and doing a dang good job of it too. Give her a raise! Overall the facility is being handled well, the temps for climate control were doing good, just enough carts for everyone to use on a busy day, elevators were good besides one being down for a while but that was fixed. Everything was safe and secure plus the price was more than fair even after the annual adjustment. Keep up the good work and great storage.

I tried to reach out the store and the customer service line hundreds times but no one helped me and they keep postponing or not responding my request. As of today I still didn’t get the issue resolved. Bad experience would not recommend!

Place always clean. Even smells good. Wide entrance and halls, enough carts always and different kinds to make moving different things easier. Lots of signs to help guide you better the first time there. Lots of parking. Its all just grate. Best storage ever.
