Make sure we can return the truck n get our own vehicles when we deliver after hours. Every one said it was ok to go n return truck after 4 pm . But gates locked no working key pad n our vehicles inside locked gate . Had to miss a very important work day today Becouse of the inconvenience. Not to hsppy with thst faculty. I do plenty of business with u haul . But this time was a shocker .

Truck was not completely clean. Was dirty, dusty, had trash from person before me and sunflower seeds everywhere. I was running late and The UHaul app allowed me to extend the rental until 5pm. Well this location closes at 4pm and the gates were closed. I could not drop off the truck to return the truck. I tried to extend the tile think it would be less a of a fee but I could not because another person has already reserved it. So now I have to take it home and had no where to put a 26’ truck. I had plans this morning and had to be in Lake Elsinore at 7am so I couldn’t return the truck the next day.

CRYSTAL DPerson helping was very unwelcoming, rude , had bad attitude. Explained that truck box was very dirty did not want to see or elaborate what was the next step or tried explain what is next. We cleared out the box ourselves and disposed of trash at our home. We will not be using this place again.
