Arrived to pick up rental at 10:00am the truck that was rented by customer before us did not bring back the Rental till 11:30am. I know and at times you can be back little late, but I wasted 1 1/2 hours sitting outside building waiting. We we're told they couldn't do anything but wait for there return. Yet that made us late for our pick up. People have some consideration.

The woman running the location wouldn't open the door, it was locked. There's no indication I was to wait until someone showed up to help me. When she talked to me it was through a door I could not hear and then made me bend down to hear from a hole in the door. I was told to return equipment by 5pm. I was not told that the gate was closed and I couldn't get access to my personal vehicle in the lot. I wasn't told what to do if I had to return after hours. Really unprofessional service and a lot of unnecessary hassle that I could have avoided had I been spoken to.

I know its just a moving van, but it was extremely dirty in the outside. The inside was very clean. Thank you U-Haul.

The employee blamed my debit card for the transaction not going through, saying that I should have used a credit card (which I don't have) then swiped/tried again and it went through just fine. Moving is stressful enough, this added panic was unnecessary.

I went to this location at 9pm because the U-Haul reservation said you can drop the truck off any time after hours as long as you do the online check in for the truck and drop the key in the box. However; this location has a gate and you can not go after hours. I tried to call the office and U-Haul but no answers so I had to drive back home and go back the next day. The next day they asked me to come early because the person who needed the truck arrived early. I told them about the inconvenience the night before but they did not say much about it. I called in the morning to make sure the gate would be open and no one answered. The U-Haul customer service had to call for me to find out.

Cargo van looked like it hasn't been washed in weeks. Returned the car at the same fuel level, but they charged me for 1.5 gallons claiming it wasn't returned at the same level. I have pictures to prove it was returned at the same level as pick up. Won't ever rent from this location or maybe any U-Haul again.

truck was not clean, prior user had moved gravel, there was residue everywhere. But not a problem for me, I was moving concrete block. The cleaniness was not a problem, I just did not ant to be charged a cleaning fee- so I showed the clerk before I left with the truck. I was satisfied with the vehicle- will use this facility again if I need a rental.

I have to say that the Security Storage is great, but I am NOT HAPPY WITH UHAUL!!! First I reserved a truck, that was TOO SMALL and now I have to wait until I get enough money to rent YET ANOTHER truck to bring the rest of our stuff in storage. I TOLD the person I was talking to when reserving what we had and still we get a small truck, NOT HAPPY!! I paid $1300 for something that didn't even do the trick! Not to mention the LONG drive to Oregon

Picked up truck at 9am, no problem truck ready, only used it for 1.5, it was a quick move, when returning they thought I was bringing it back cause something was wrong, but nope move was completed fast. When prepared things move smoothly! Would recommend this location, easy to find.
