Moving is so stressful, so the kindness of the man who helped me rent the truck at U-Haul was very much appreciated! In fact, there was a young guy ahead of me who needed a truck to go one-way from Northern FL to Central FL at the last minute, and this location as well as a couple of others did not have a truck available. Instead of just saying that and turning the guy away, the man at the front desk called around to try and help him locate a truck. In addition, there were changes with my move, so I showed up a day early without remembering to change the reservation to get my truck, and again, the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. It can be so hard nowadays to find companies with good customer service, and this man made the experience with U-Haul a great one. I wish I thought to ask his name - but you know how exhausting moving is - so I didn’t remember to ask. But what a nice man. Thank you!

No bullshit kissing up. just honest service
JUAN LTake this trailer out of service! It was in terrible shape - wheels were out of balance, causing the trailer to buck, bounce, and rattle precipitously for the entire 150-mile trip. I expected it to break down on the side of the road at any minute. Then to add insult to injury, the return site was closed on Monday, requiring me to return the trailer the following day, which was a waste of my time and money. I will seek other options for renting in the future.
