I arrived at the exact time for my mobile reservation. A woman in the parking lot asked me what am I doing here? I said I’m here to pick up my U-Haul. Her response was “and?” I then asked her where I can park my car and her response was “not there”. I clearly was not going to park in my initial spot. I was just trying to figure it out and asked. This woman had rude responses and I felt unwelcome.
