We are senior citizens and were unaware that UHaul is mostly done through your App. I wanted to get plastic covers for my mattresses. The attendant at AA appliance did return my call and when I stopped by there was a note on the door.

Two weeks later, I chose to return a 15 footer one-way to her over any location at 5517 Old Redwood Hwy in Santa Rosa, CA because loyalty is everything.
