Victor who assisted in check in was impolite, not pleasant, he appeared annoyed at my being there.Apon coming, no one was at counter so we waited, after a while we began looking - calling out loud into an adjacent room that also was absence of any staff. When he came he did acknowledge our waiting, any salutation, no warm welcome. I will never rent from this location, the staff seemed annoyed at our patronage.
