Trucks need to be checked when returned before re renting them for cleaning. Better service by outside vendors. They are doing me a service as this attendant stated to me in a rude manor. Should not get grieved because I said something about all the trash in the truck I was going to rent and wanted the attendant to go out side and look and was told he didn’t have time. Won’t rent from here ever again!

Was disappointed that furniture dollies were not available other than that it was such an easy experience
Brian PHi. The truck was not well maintained. Felt like loose steering rack issue. Dirty inside the cab. Truck overall condition fair. Store owner with the mustache was rude. Not very helpful. There are plenty of other options nearby. It’s advertised as a U-Haul store. It’s a bodega that rents out trucks on the side.
Jason KNever been charged an entire extra day on all items across the board for being two hours late at any other U-Haul $197 for a one day rental is outrageous.
Shannon PThe cargo area had not been even swept. The truck itself was not clean. Windshield was nearly impossible to see out of. The driver's seat was in a fixed position, I was unable to push it back to the wall, making it uncomfortable to drive (I'm only 5'11"). The walk around was difficult as it was parked between two vehicles and surrounding the front was an unkept grass area, with trash, urine, fecal material. Most unpleasant. The only positive was that on returning, I pulled up to the pump and after drive straight into the parking slot. At least the AC worked.
