The women that I delt with was extreemly responsive and efficient. She even came in a little earlier than she normally does to ensure that I could take the vehicle at 9 AM sharp. I was very happy with the customer service and the vehicle itself.. Great job!!!

Jennifer FOver charged by a day they said I could drop it off by five with no extra fees and then they charge me a whole extra day!
kristine MI wish I had taken a picture of the fuel level along with the milage. The fuel level was OVER the 3/8 level, even almost a 1/2, but I received an invoice 2 days later charging another $80 for fuel and the level they said was almost empty. This isn't true and I tried calling the location to dispute it, but they don't answer the phone.
