I received a call a couple of hours before my scheduled pick-up time at my preferred "best ever" U-Haul location (U-Haul Moving and Storage, Confederation Street, Sarnia). I was asked to switch my pickup to this nearby location due to equipment availability issues. Never again! The alternate location was a convenience store. Although quite pleasant, the clerk wasn't very helpful and seemed unfamiliar with the U-Haul process. Both pickup and return were a bit of a Gong Show and didn't inspire confidence.

The truck was parked in mud, so it took me around 50 minutes to move it with help from my friends, which wasted time and gas. Also, the check-in process took 40 minutes, and the mattress bag was not there.
