John SThere were many issues with pick up as the app was not working. I booked pick up at a counter at different location and then U-Haul changed it. Based on the poor customer service and problems with the app, I will not use U-Haul again. Very stressful experience
Shawn HWe dropped it off at the specified time and they tried to charge us an extra week. Luckily we took pictures that were time stamped and dated. They would not help us when we called them directly so we had to call Uhaul directly to put in a grievance
