They ripped me off with mileage. I intentionally took a picture of where it was when I started and finished. They told me it was broken and took my mileage from GPS. They then told me they gave me a "discount" because of this, but their "discount" ended up costing me more. I do not recommend this location to anyone, and am using a different location from now on.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was NOT where I had arranged a month ago for a pick up of a ten foot truck. Home Hardware on Second Line in Sault Ste Marie Ontario is where we had made arrangements and they are the folks I like to deal with. I then got a text messahe from Erik in Arizona telling me they had no trucks and we would have to travel 2 hours from our city to get what we wanted. I was not happy. After several telephone calls Erik directed us to this other location on McNabb. They had a 15 foot truck instead but the truck on the inside was dirty, had dog hair everywhere and dog hair flying around everywhere. Plus the owner simply walked me out did not go through an inpsection or explain anything about the truck ...seemed pre-occupied with his other business.
