Customer service guy was nice. Otherwise terrible exerperience. Should be receiving compensation for what happened.

Logan was super nice seen that I wasn’t happy due to misinformation in trailer rental and removed the additional charges. He was very professional. Gilbert was also very good.

MIR HTruck was un roadworthy as it seems transmission problem aas you have to press gas lots in order for it to move from a stop. Tires are not made for snow weather. Steeing pump had a wining noise and steering wheel was turned just to steer straight. Also i fell on ice at location as i was doing a final photo and returning the keys to the drop box.
