The staff was very attentive when we told them the story and having to pick up the Uhaul truck we ordered in Sarnia, ON Canada and then having to travel to Port Huron, MI U.S.A. to get the Uhaul car dolly that we ordered. To me this was TOTALY RIDICULOUS!!! If I didn't have a current Canadian passport I could not have picked up the Uhaul car dolly. I have never heard of a business that operates this way.
