Gilbert is an awesome guy and a pleasure to deal with. The location is excellent also with being a lumber yard, has plenty of parking. And of course being open on Sundays was an added plus. The only issue was Gilbert being on hold for over 30 minutes when he had to call uhaul because the electronic signature gizmo wouldn't work. Perhaps a dedicated number for your agents to use for support would be beneficial. Once again, a positive experience!
