The person needs to be at the location at 9am to handle the customer's coming in. There were 3 customer in a dark foyer trying to get ahold of the person in charge. Then texts links to upload all our information. This needs to be done face to face. Once I handed in my keys the customer service was great. Someone met me there turned on thr lights and completed my transaction.
