Change the name of pick up location for a start as there is no restaurant by that name at that location. The locations parking lot had not been cleaned and was pure ice by all the uhaul trucks made it very hard to walk around for inspection and getting in and out. I had to stand out in the cold for several minutes as the door was locked when I went to collect the keys. The mobile check in was pure garbage also
