Customer Service Rep. was friendly and attentive. Vehicle was fairly clean but needed to sweep after receiving due to what looked like dog food and dirt on back and pet fur on the cab, Fairly minor imo.

Told me everything was fine when I dropped off the utility trailer. Then I got an email invoice and they had added a $15. Cleaning fee from the drop-off location. The trailer was cleaner when I dropped it off than when I picked it up. Because of this treatment, I will not rent from uhaul again nor will I recommend this business to anyone. Beware and take pics before and after.
