Uhaul must include recent Maintenance documents for each truck and Safety certificate every year. It ahould be readily available for customers to review it. Uhaul gave me a truck, the engine went off misway and That was close call. I couldn’t use the service fully and wasted my money, my stuff damaged.

THOMAS KWindshield washer was empty
CAROL DOne strap was frayed but useable. Needs attention. Staff were excellent to deal with. We could not figure out how to backup or do tight turns as simple as getting out of a driveway. Our only solution was to remove the car and then reposition the trailer, then remount the car and secure it. Snowbanks made the streets narrow. It was a nice spring day with puddles everywhere, and that's where the frayed strap and unloading/loading was a bit irritating.
