It's a dangerous environment for an individual to drop off trucks, THE SIGN SAID "WE WILL BE RIGHT BACK" with no help whatsoever
William SThe U-Haul came with an almost empty tank. The driver’s side visor was in the passenger’s seat instead of attached.
ashley KOne of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The location was poorly marked, not well lit, unprofessional and unclean. The staff was on a personal call on speaker phone the entire time and barely acknowledged me. This is not a place that I would recommend to anyone.
