The location looked like fight club and we had a hard time finding the drop box after hours. The 24 hour phone customer service rep however was VERY helpful and patient. We did not encounter personnel at the location because we dropped the vehicle after hours. The 24 hour phone rep was excellent but she was not on site.

April CPlenty of room for parking, which was good and the location is extremely convenient. However nobody was there in the office. I called the phone number left, but the number didn’t work. I am a nearly 70 yr. old small woman and I had to backup and unhitch the trailer by myself. Fortunately I know how to do this, but as a professional musician, I am not supposed to risk my hands with such activities. If not for the app check-in…which of course PRESUMES you have a smart phone…n.b. my husband does not have nor want one….then what would you do? I only recommend this location based on convenient location, which is VERY convenient to the islands and east side of town whereas the main office and other branches are really seriously far away.
