I was charged for insurance, that I couldn't click off of on my phone, and for whatever reason, I was charged 7 dollars for gas. And I put gas in the vehicle before I dropped it off. After getting charged an extra 26/27 dollars that I shouldn't of been charged. I'll look for other rental alternatives in the future... I would definitely not recommend renting from uhaulBradley R.

I rented the truck last minute and my son ended up having to drive up from Florida to Georgia to pick up. They didn't provide a contract nor check the fuel. The gas tank was empty and he had to put $75 in gas immediately nit knowing that it should have been full. So we had to then return it with a full tank. Location not what I would expect from Uhsul which we have used MANY times. Very disappointedKaren H.

Helpful people there, but I was charged $28 for Safe Move. I did not ask for this and at at check-in I was not asked it I wanted it. I never pay for that since my own insurance covers damage. Please credit me $28. I had place an order through the U-Haul site but the local place cancelled it because I was late for pick up. They created a new order for me and added the Safe Move without asking.Andrew N.

There was rotten food in the truck cab. Employees were not wearing masks. I specifically asked for no insurance (safemove) and it was added without my consent. I was not given a receipt in person. I did not realize it was added to my bill until I looked at my email. My car insurance covered me and I did not want to spend $42.00 on nothing.Angela P.

The staff went above and beyond to get me in a uhaul and I very much appreciated that. However the uhaul truck needs serious maintenance. I had to ride with the A/c on because when it was turned off heat was coming from the dashboard area. To the point I couldn't breathe. The truck road a little ruff and made a few sounds but It got me to where i needed to be.Nijah G.
I ordered a trailer with an appliance hand truck, however when I got there they informed me that if I wanted a hand truck I would have to go to another location and I would be charged for the miles. Also my insurance was $14 online but I was charged $28 at the pickup location. And finally, they did not clean out the cab of the truck and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The lady that runs the place is rude and they should not be able to carry the uhaul name. I will never rent from this location again.Darnique J.
Customer Service was absolutely atrocious! Was rudely pushed around the entire time, had keys tossed across the counter from me and ripped out of my hand when I came back. Truck floorboards full of water and reeked of smoke. They also fudged the amount of gas that was in the vehicle and somehow charged me twice the price that it should have been. Will NEVER go to this UHual center. I'll stick with sapphire reality in Pooler they have always been amazing to work with, that's why I originally booked with them. You can actually leave the items that you charge someone for in the truck or don't charge them for it. I asked for a dolly and a dozen furniture pads. Neither of which was in the truck. But I'll be damned if it wasn't remembered to be charged to me as rented and claimed â€œreturned.â€ Nice little scam. Uhaul should better vet who they allow to represent them.Aaron B.

Very unsafe location. The owner which is a lady was so unprofessional and rude. She made me walk alone to the back of the building to get my truck. It was very dark amd men was standing around. It was a horrible experienceIema H.
We have used uhaul with Kings and Queens twice now. First time went really well. Second time we were marked to have gone approximately 53 miles however this was physically impossible based on our calculations we went less than 10 miles! Customer service has given us a run around and we are not getting refunded our money! This is absolutely unacceptable and infuriating. No one solved our problem. UNACCEPTABLE!Nicolas S.

Business hours for this location state that they close at 5p Mon-Sat but when we dropped off the Uhaul at 4pm on our return date, we called several times but no one was there to verify our return and we were charged for 2 additional days! When I called back to that location the person who answered the phone was mid-conversation with another person and still talking to them while I tried to explain what I was calling for. Before I could even finish explaining my situation, she told me to call the Uhaul customer support stating â€œI can't refund your money anyway.â€ I called support and talked to Beyla who was very helpful and got me all squared away! It seemed like this happens all the time and I think it's important to verify with the clients on their returns before charging the card on file!Brittany H.

I have to applaud you on your customer service. Both with the uhaul 1-800 number and the people were we picked up the truck. I was amazed at the level of respect everyone at kings and Queens showed to my mother and I. I recommend this location to everyone.
