I picked the truck up on 7/5/25 at 9:27AM. I rented it for 7 days per contract. I returned the truck on Friday 7/11/25 at 9:15 AM. No one was there from Uhaul. I talked to a man on the phone. He said to have the car wash guy take the dolly out and put the key in the drop box. I later talked with the lady that rented the truck to me. She informed me she was on vacation and would do the paperwork when she returned. I did not receive a return receipt until 7/21/2025 when I went to Kings N Queens and requested one. I am only willing to pay for the time I rented for which would be $388.92. I am disputing this charge with American Express. Contract # 81426636.

Kings and Queens is chaotic, the lady who helped me was unclear on everything she said when she was checking me in, sent me six different emails and texts with contracts or receipts, hooked the equipment up incorrectly, and created two different contracts when there should have been only one.
GRANT WFar as I can tell, everything worked out just the way I would’ve liked it too. No complaints. Will use the company again in the contract agent.
JAMES WRude, bad customer experience, unclean vehicle, right mirror broken thus difficult to drive. Attendant Never available on the desk. Does not pick calls. Will never pick a vehicle from this place.
Prateet BThis is the third time I have rented from this location in the third time that there has been some sort of drama or additional charges placed on my bill… This time, upon receiving my bill I noticed that the site had added an equipment coverage for $15 that I did not authorize…I received a call from customer service of which the agent was not of any help and said that he would have to escalate the issue… It’s pretty simple… I didn’t elect the coverage in the site added it after the fact and charged me
