I booked a reservation online and decline the safe move insurance when I booked my reservation. I went to pick up my truck and when I checked my receipt when I got to my destination I observed that the safe move charge was added. I went back to bring the truck back and told the agent She said I should called the corporate office because they added it on. I called corporate and was told they will put a note on the account to remove the charge because the agent at the drop off location did not do the close out as yet. I haven’t received an updated close out receipt and the charge is still on because it is on my bank account.

Kathy RThis place should have their U-Haul franchise taken away. There is no signage to let you know that it’s a U-Haul place. There is absolutely inadequate parking for a U-Haul truck. How is someone supposed to park a 23 foot F650 box truck in a standard parking spot? I person in charge was extremely rude and condescending. I’ve been using U-Haul for many years and have never had a bad experience until this return. I’m going to continue using U-Haul but will never go near that facility again. Your company is way better than that facility and I strongly suggest that you cut ties with them. If that facility was the first U-Haul place I ever used, I would never use U-Haul again.
