I waited more than 3 hours because my reservation had been canceled, and I had to do everything all over again. I ended up paying much more than what I was supposed to pay with my original reservation. Overall, it was a nightmare. The truck was in need of maintenance. It rained and water was leaking inside, the radio didn’t work, it was not clean, the tires needed air, and much more.
